Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment Denied! (Nassau County Supreme Court)
In opposition, I explained to the Court that one (of the many) reasons why plaintiff’s Motion needs to be denied is because the attorneys could not establish compliance with simple notice requirements pursuant to prior court orders. Specifically, the Court found plaintiff’s papers to be “silent” as to compliance and denied its Motion because “the record is unclear if Plaintiff has complied with the [prior court orders].”
