Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment denied (twice)!

Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment denied (twice)!

In this Suffolk matter, we successfully opposed the bank’s submissions for Summary Judgment, explaining to the Judge that the bank’s contradictory and inadmissible evidence precluded Summary Judgment (plaintiff cannot even prove a default under the loan documents). The Judge agreed, and after his second denial, scheduled an immediate pretrial conference. Fortunately, we were able to settle this matter in the one-week span between the Order and the pretrial conference.
